As of June 1,2025, The Owner’s Manual is eliminating the annual membership and setup fees for advertising your villa for rent or for sale. You will now be able to pay for 12 months of advertising for one price. While most ads are successfully filled within the first few months, it will allow you to begin your advertisement much earlier at no extra cost. You can advertise your villa for rent or for sale for one price, pricing goes by the villa, not what section it’s in.
1 – 9 ads $ 45.00 per ad / per interval week
10 – 19 ads $ 40.00 per ad/ per interval week
20 – 29 ads $ 35.00 per ad / per interval week
30 + ads $ 30.00 per ad / per interval week

WANTED ADVERTISEMENTS : Are now free for members who have placed advertisements with us in the past.

What do you get as an advertiser?

• The right to place advertisements on the website.
• Access to past newsletter issues upon e-mail request.
• Blogs, tidbits, restaurant guides, letters to the editor, and much more.

Advertisement web costs: Web ad cost is a setup charge of $45.00 per submittal per interval week. The advertisement will be allowed to be on for 1 year. Once a web ad expires, a new setup charge will be incurred. You can however notify us before your ad expired to extend your ad to avoid a new set up charge.

Tips : Consider adding the cost of your membership and advertisement to the pricing of your rental.

Adding OBO (Or best offer) draw renters who are looking to haggle a deal for your unit.

Advertisements are loaded to the web 6pm CST- 9PM CST – Monday through Friday

One year minimum:
We do not do one-month advertisement placements.
Once on the web you are required to pay the three-month minimum regardless if the ad as been up for 5 minutes or one week.

We do not take advanced ad web placement. You cannot request a future date for your ad to be placed.

Note: If you are canceling a week. You cannot remove one week and replace it with another new week that was not previously in the ad. It will be considered a new ad and will have to be charged as such.

All new ads, changes, and cancellations must be received via e-mail.  Ads or ad changes/cancellations will not be accepted over the phone.
