Welcome to the brand new Owner’s Manual website!
For the past 32 years, we have published a quarterly magazine, keeping our members informed of up to date information about Cancun, Timeshares (mainly Royal Resorts), and everything from daytime to nighttime activities to restaurants, transportation, and more. We have helped tens of thousands of customers rent, sell, exchange, and purchase Royal Resort timeshares.
We now enter the digital age and have created an interactive website where clients can look for rentals and sales, receive up to date information about The Royal Resorts, Cancun and Riviera Maya news, look up articles and reviews on attractions, restaurants, as well as a blog where members can communicate with one another.

Observing Hurricane Delta
Update 1:48 PM: Hurricane Delta went through explosive intensification, from a tropical storm to Category 4 in just 30 hours. It is now the strongest
Closed tomorrow for storm.
The Owner’s Manual will be closed tomorrow September 15th, 2020 due to Hurricane Sally. We will re-open Wednesday September 16th, 2020.

The entire State of Quintana Roo is now at a yellow light stage. Cancun and Riviera Maya went to a yellow light status on September
