Welcome to The Owner’s Manual. Our members are timeshare villa owners in Cancun. This quarterly newsletter is published so that owners can communicate with each other. It has helped many exchange, rent, sell, and purchase villas from other owners, their families and friends. It also provides owners with a medium to voice concerns and complaints about potential problems. You may place ads in the newsletter on on the web. Please check out our resort listings for some of the best deals on villas that are for rent, for sale, for rent or sale, and much much more.
We believe our advertisement section to be the most important part of this newsletter as it is sent to your primary target market, other villa owners. They, and especially their friends, are the ones most interested in purchasing, exchanging, or renting villas. Clubs have on-site salesmen as an edge in selling villas, but they can take as much as 30% of the proceeds as well as a small listing fee and possibly some closing costs from a sale.

Happy Holidays to all! Our offices will be closed on December 24th & December 25th for the Christmas Holidays.

We are extending our newsletter deadline until December 10th 2018 for the January-March 2019 newsletter.

Our offices will be closed on Thursday November 22nd-November 23rd for the Thanksgiving Holiday!

Just a heads up out offices will be closed on November 8th and 9th. We will re-open on Monday November 12th.

The deadline for the October-December newsletter is quickly approaching. All ads are due by September 4th, 2018. Additionally we will be closed Monday September 3rd for Labor day.
May 25th, 2018
Happy Memorial day week end! Our office will be closed Monday May 28th in observance of Memorial day and will re-open Tuesday May 29th.
Deadline for the April-June issue is out in the mail. Please give your issue 1-2 weeks to arrive due to weather conditions.
Our offices will be closed Friday March 30th for the Easter Holidays.
