Owner Loan Form Procedure.
We have received several messages in the past few months from Owner’s asking how the new Owner’s Loan system works. Please follow the guide below when it comes to loaning out your units.
Go to Royal Resorts Website, log into your membership.
Go to Using My Unit
Go to Owner Loans
You will see all of the villas you own
Click on the one you want to loan out
Click on all the days you want to loan out the villa, villa, suite or lock-off
Once that’s filled out click continue and fill out the information who you are loaning it to
You will need name, age at check-in, email, country, area code, and phone number
You will be given a confirmation number which we recommend you send to the one who is using your villa
We do not recommend downloading the form and sending it in, it would be better to use the confirmation number
Contact the Royal Resorts a week later to make sure that the owner loan went through
You must be current on your maintenance fees to be able to loan out your villa.
